Discussion Paper on the technical causes of Container Loss at Sea and suitable countermeasures
The Loss Prevention Transport working group at GDV has therefore investigated and discussed the possible causes of Container Loss at Sea, and has looked into how the transport of containers on large container vessels can again be done safely even when the ships are sailing at high capacity and in bad weather.
