An economic analysis of remuneration systems

Oxera study on the Retail Investment Strategy (RIS): The study sheds light on both behavioural economic and empirical aspects. The overall picture shows that the focus on commissions and on general, partial or de facto bans is too narrow against the background of the actual goals of the retail investment strategy and does more harm than good.
